A complaint can also be made in person at our business premises. It would help us enormously if you could provide the following information:
- Customer Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- Contact E-mail
- Contact Position
- Method for Future Contact
- Account Reference (this is displayed on our invoices as "Site ID G009999" for Gas and "Our Reference Number S1405" for electricity)
- Meter Point Number also displayed on your invoice (MPR Gas/Supply Point Number Electricity)
- Summary of Complaint
We treat complaints very seriously and will try to resolve them immediately. If this is not possible we will respond within two working days, informing you of the actions we intend to take and the timescales involved.
